The Broye Aeropole
The Broye Aeropole is located in the West of Switzerland.
It is tasked with uniting a wide variety of specialised
competencies and concentrating significant benefits
to the aeronautical industry. The Aeropole targets
the establishment of a technological and industrial
business park immediately adjoining the Payerne airfield,
on over 400,000 m² of developed property.
The Aeropole organises itself around the Payerne
airfield, where the airport facilities are made
available equally for military and civilian use.
The airport offers priority access for regional
businesses regarding business flights and for the
transport of merchandise.
With a runway of 2900 meters, the Payerne airfield
offers a full and modern range of infrastructure
services, including Instrument Flying services and
Customs Control for passengers and merchandise.
COREB, in its role as civilian manager of the airfield,
has 10,000 civilian air movements at its disposal
every year.
